Accuracy of information:

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information within these pages (AND OUR PRINTED PROGRAMME) is correct. However, The Shed (or other relevant venue) reserves the right to change, modify, postpone or cancel events should circumstances dictate. If an event is cancelled or postponed we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone using the details you provided at time of booking. If you do not receive this notification because you have not updated the email address or phone number that we hold in your account, we cannot be held liable. If an event is cancelled we will automatically refund the face value of your ticket: you don't need to notify us to claim your refund.

You are strongly advised to check event details before travelling to an event. This information will be available online and we will also make every effort to contact you using the email address and / or phone number you provided at time of booking if an event is postponed or cancelled. Please provide a home or mobile phone number when booking because we, (in the case of The Shed), or the relevant venue may need to call you in the evening or at the weekend. We make every effort to keep all information as up-to-date as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any errors. We are not responsible for any failure by any other venues or persons to inform us of changes.

Online security:

We do not receive or store your credit card information. Your details go directly to our Payment Service Provider WorldPay who capture this data and process your transaction via a secure server. Whilst we strive to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure and therefore we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you send to us. You include any information via this website at your own risk.

The Shed is wheelchair accessible and we will happily reserve space to accommodate disabled people - wheelchair space or end-of-row seats (Please tell us at the time of booking if possible). There is a wheelchair accessible toilet. Please contact the relevant venue (other than The Shed) for information about siabled access.

Venue rules:
We accept no responsibility for any personal property brought to an event.

PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING OR RECORDING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

Age restrictions, concessionary rates, right to admission:
Under 16s must be accompanied by and adult.
Some events and ticket types have age restrictions and we make every reasonable effort to ensure these are detailed in the event information. Please read all the information that applies to the event/ticket you are booking, and bring (or take) a proof of age if appropriate. Some tickets are offered at concessionary rates to eligible persons, for example, students, under-16s. If you buy concessionary tickets, you must bring (or take) the necessary proof that each ticket holder is eligible for that concession to the event. If you cannot prove eligibility for each person holding a concessionary ticket, you may be asked to pay the difference on the door or refused entry completely. If you are refused entry, we cannot refund you. We reserve the right to refuse admission to an event. We are unable to offer you a refund if you are refused entry to or ejected from the venue on account of being under age (or appearing to be underage and failing to provide proof of age), declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken, or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings. In cases of events where prompt arrival is required, late arrival may also result in refusal of entry. Cameras, camcorders, animals and ticket holder's own food and drink must not be brought onto the premises. Mobile phones must be switched off.
