Q: Where are my tickets?

A: We do not post out actual physical tickets for online bookings. You should PRINT OUT your confirmation email (this contains unique booking reference numbers) and bring this with you to gain entry to the gig.

Q: My friend can't come. Can you re-sell her ticket?

A: We do not refund money or re-sell tickets or keep waiting lists.

Q: Is there a bar at The Shed?

A: Yes, we have licensed a bar serving hand pulled real ale (Shed Bitter), beers, wine and soft drinks.
